Refund Policy
When a fee payment is made to Metacorp, metacorp keeps the fees received in advance. When Metacorp is working on a client's matter, the fees will be collected. Metacorp gets a fee at various rates and periods throughout an engagement, depending on the accomplishment of specific milestones (e.g. Govt Application fee, Payments, obtaining DIN, Filing of forms, Traveling expenses etc.). Resources and man hours spent on delivering the service that are non-remittable in nature are not eligible for reimbursement. Furthermore, any money paid to government bodies, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties involved in the execution of your transaction, cannot be refunded or credited.
Metacorp Refund Process
Refund requests should be sent to Support@metacorp.in. All refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the original purchase date. We will handle your refund request within 24 business days after receiving all necessary information, such as the reason for the refund, bank account information, and so on.
Change in services
You must request a change of service within 15 days after purchase if you want to change the service you booked for a different reason. The original service purchase price will be credited to your new/updated service request as raised with Metacorp, less any earned/professional fees payable to Metacorp for availing services(s), plus any fee and/or money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order.
