If an individual or a business entity wants to have a restaurant or a hotel in Delhi, it is required to have a number of licenses and permissions from various Government departments. This takes a toll on the business owner because if the business owner is busy making rounds of various Government departments, he will not have the time to conduct his actual business activity. To overcome this, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India has started a single window type of licensing for hotels and restaurants in Delhi.

The applicant is required to visit the official website of MHA licensing in Delhi. After that he is required to create a login ID and password, received in the email of the applicant. Later Rs.1000 Government fee is to be submitted. Once that is done, the applicant can apply for a new or renewal of the any of the licenses stated in point 2 above.
The initial cost of MHA licensing login and password creation is Rs.1000. After that the applicant can submit the Government fee for a new or renewal of any particular license, for which he wants to apply. For example, the Government fee for DPCC CTE certificate may be Rs.3000, for Health Trade license it could range anywhere between Rs.5000 for East Delhi Municipal Corporation to Rs.25,000 or more for South Delhi Municipal Corporation. The Government fee for renewal of Eating House License is Rs.300. There is no fee for Fire NOC application.

There is no Government fee for MSME registration certificate. Metacorp charges Rs.1,000 for MSME registration.
The applicant is required to visit the MSME portal and create a login ID and password. After that, the required documents are to be uploaded on the portal. The MSME certificate is generated after the complete application is submitted.

The applicant is required to apply online, in case the Municipal Corporation has this facility, otherwise, a hard copy application in a prescribed format is to be submitted to the Municipal Authority. The Government fee is submitted and the documents uploaded or attached to the hard copy application. The concerned officer may inspect the premises where the business activity is taking place. After the queries issued by the inspector are suitably answered, the Trade Registration is issued.
The Government fee for a new trade Registration application may range from Rs.500 to Rs.25,000, depending on the Municipal Corporation. Besides, if an agency is hired for this work, it may charge you. Metacorp charges Rs.10,000 to Rs.20,000 for the trade license.
- Wireless Planning & Coordination Wing (WPC) is a division of Wireless Planning and Finance Wing (WPF) of the Department of Telecom (DoT) under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeiT), Government of India. The chief mandate of WPC wing is to plan and coordinate the efforts to control and regulate the wireless devices in India for their safety, privacy and interference with other electronic devices.
- An entity engaged in manufacturing or import of wireless devices is required to get Equipment Type Approval (ETA) & Import License (IL) certificate from the Wireless Planning and Coordination (WPC) wing. In the electronics and telecommunication market of India, various types of wireless communication are available such as mobile phones, Cordless telephones, Zigbee wireless technology, GPS, Wi-Fi, satellite television, and wireless computer parts.

First, for Equipment Type Approval (ETA), we need Radio Frequency (RF) Test report from any ISO 17025 accredited Foreign lab or NABL accredited Indian lab. Once we have the Radio Frequency test report, we apply for WPC Registration.
